How do I place an order?
- Click on an item – select a size – add the item to your cart
- Found everything you need? Then proceed to checkout (click the small shopping bag icon in the top right corner to view your cart)
- Enter your personal information – agree to the Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and Return Policy – enter your address – select shipping method – select payment method – complete your order
- You will then receive a confirmation email with all relevant details
- If you choose “bank transfer” as your payment method, you will also find the relevant account details in the email (your order cannot be shipped until we have received your payment)
- If you have not received an email, please contact customer service (kundenservice@planet-melmac.de) and provide your full name and—if available—your order reference

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Yes, please contact customer service (kundenservice@planet-melmac.de) as soon as possible.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No, unless you wish to use a gift card. In that case, the minimum order amount is equal to the value of the gift card.
How do I use a discount code or coupon?
Go to the section in your shopping cart where you can enter discount and coupon codes. Below the total amount of your purchase, you’ll find the “Add coupon code” field. You can enter the code there.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery within Germany takes 3–5 business days. As soon as we receive your payment, we will process your order (Mon.–Fri.). You will receive an email confirming receipt of payment - from that point on, it usually takes 1–2 business days for us to hand your package over to DHL.
How can I track my shipment?
As soon as your package is ready to ship, you will receive an automated email with the relevant information. To do this, we share your information with the shipping provider, DHL, to ensure that your package reaches you and that you receive all necessary information.
This information can only be sent if all details (especially your email address) have been entered correctly.
What happens if I’m not home at the time of delivery?
In most cases, packages will be redirected to a post office or Packstation and you’ll receive a notification letting you know where to pick up your package.
To ensure that nothing goes wrong, it’s best to immediately specify with DHL where your package should be delivered in case of your absence after receiving the shipment information and to check the shipment status regularly.
If the shipping company cannot locate your address or if you were unable to pick up your package at the post office or Packstation, the package will be returned to us. We’ll contact you as soon as your shipment arrives back at our facility and will be happy to make another delivery attempt if you wish. You’ll cover the cost of the second delivery attempt, while we’ll cover the cost of returning the package to us.

How do returns work?
Returning or exchanging an item is no problem at all.
Simply send the relevant items to the following address:

As soon as we receive your return, we will refund the amount or exchange it for a different size—depending on your preference.
If you wish to exchange an item, we will cover the cost of the new shipment.
Items that have already been worn, soiled, or washed are excluded from returns or exchanges.
How long do I have to return an item?

Can I exchange items?

Who covers the return shipping costs?
The buyer. In case of an exchange, we will cover the costs of reshipping.
How and when will I receive my refund?
The refund will be issued within 14 days via the original payment method.

How do I find the right size?
Please contact customer service (kundenservice@planet-melmac.de) and specify the item in question. We’ll be happy to send you size charts, advise you on choosing the right size, or measure items for you.
Are the colors in the photos accurate?
We try to make our photos as realistic as possible. However, since every screen displays colors differently, we cannot guarantee that the colors will match exactly. If you don’t like the color of an item you receive, you can return it without any issues.
How do I properly care for my clothes?
Please always follow the care instructions included with the clothing.
Are the products sustainably or fairly produced?

What should I do if an item arrives defective?
If you notice any defects in clothing or other items after your order arrives, please send us an email - preferably with photos of the defects - to kundenservice@planet-melmac.de. We’ll do our best to find a solution that satisfies both parties.

Do I need to create a customer account to place an order?
No, you can also order as a guest.
How can I reset my password?
To do so, click “Forgot Password” when logging in. You will then receive an email with further instructions.
If you haven’t received the email, please send us an email with your first and last name so we can locate your account and send you a link to reset your password.
How secure is my data?

How can I delete my account?
Please send us a short, informal email stating the email address you used to register with us. We will delete all your data upon request.
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
After we receive your payment, you will receive an invoice via email. We will also include a printed copy of the invoice in your package.
