Delivery time
The standard delivery time within Germany is 3-5 business days (from receipt of payment). We try to ship your orders as quickly as possible. However, we are a small team, so minor delays may occur in exceptional cases (e.g., due to vacation, illness, or delivery problems).
Delivery will be made to the delivery address you specify. We ship goods marked as “immediately available” no later than the third business day (the date on which we hand over the goods to the shipping company is decisive) after the date of receipt of the full purchase price, including sales tax and shipping costs.
So, the faster you transfer the amount to us, the faster we can ship your order.
Where possible, you will receive your order in a single shipment. If, for logistical or technical reasons, for example because your order contains items that must be packaged separately or transported differently, separate shipping is necessary, you will not incur any additional costs.
Orders and deliveries are generally possible worldwide. However, there may be exceptions for technical or other reasons.
Shipping method & costs
Delivery within Germany is generally carried out by DHL as a parcel for €4.99.
For orders that are delivered abroad, the shipping costs are determined individually, depending on the destination.
There is also the option of collecting orders from our shop. This service is free of charge for you.
Free delivery from €100.00 (for deliveries within Germany)
It's simple: from an order value of €100.00 (incl. VAT), the delivery costs per order (in Germany) are waived and we pay the delivery costs for you!
